By accessing or using Launchpad Investor OS (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The Platform
Launchpad Investor OS is an educational and organizational software tool that helps users plan, analyze, and manage their real estate investment workflows. The Platform does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, lending, construction, insurance, or real estate brokerage advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Platform to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
- Do not share access credentials or resell access without written permission.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Launchpad Investor OS or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Platform.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of the Platform does not guarantee investment success or any specific result.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchpad Investor OS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
